Incentive Credit:
For state employees interested in incentive credit, all rules regarding each employee's eligibility will apply. For example, the course must be "directly related to the employee's job duties" and be the appropriate level for those duties. CS365 forms requesting incentive approval must be received by OTD 7 days prior to the start of the course. Each course must be at least 15 hours. If you do not receive verification from OTD that your incentive credit request has been approved, it is your responsibility to check the status of your request, and insure that OTD receives it.
